Our Story
First conceived in 2015 as Davies Design Studio, we began working with friends, family, and colleagues on home additions and renovations while working for architectural firms of various sizes and specialties in the Greater Boston Area. After relocating to Cleveland Ohio, Davies Architecture is the result of over two decades of experience working in custom residential design, luxury multifamily, and commercial projects in the Tri-State Area, Coastal New England, and now the Western Reserve where we call home.

It all begins with an idea and a sketch. At Davies Architecture we embrace the process of design, drawing upon the rich history of New England and Western Reserve architecture, and the needs of contemporary family and work life. Hand drawings, computer aided-design, building information modeling, photo-realistic rendering and the latest in building technologies are all utilized to foster a final product that suites our client's wants, needs and budget. Our firm ethos embodies a sensitivity to the natural surroundings, sustainability, livability, and historic precedence.
